Провел эксперименты.
Подключив диск из аппарата sony к компу ни одна программа не смогла определить на нем файловую систему, т. е. он виден как ЧИСТЫЙ диск.
Вначале скопировал старый винт на новый как образ raw. Не помогло. Не особо надеясь на успех отрезал с помощью mhdd такое же количество LBA секторов какое было на старом - не помогло. После включения recordera ошибка disk error. Где бы взять технологические команды управления sony чтобы проинициализировать новый диск? Ведь в сервисных центрах меняют диски.

С этим хуже. Комбинации кнопок для входа в сервисный режим указываются в сервисных мануалах, а их найти сложно. Гугли, может повезёт...

acronis disk director, acronis true image, ghost 11.0 - все эти программы видят диск как чистый, а raw образ создал c помощью active image

Ну так сервисный диск на то и сервисный, чтобы пользователю в руки его не давать. Иначе никакой корысти — как начнут все двухтерабайтные диски вставлять в дешёвые рекордеры... Кто же на дорогие посмотрит?

Спасибо всем. Понял что замена диска достаточно сложная процедура, притом чтобы вернуть старый ( чтобы посмотреть фильмы с него) придется все это повторять. Выход в записи фильмов на dvd и очистка оригинального диска. А я то хотел чтобы все хранилось на hdd и при необходимости взял и одним движением поменял диски чтобы посмотреть фильм с другого, а потом вернул на место - наивно.
