Process Monitor

следующим образом:запустите Process Monitor;попытайтесь установить Office и дождитесь ошибки;сохраните лог: меню File -> Save -> PML-формат;заархивируйте и выложите на любой файлообменник, например dropmefiles.com.

Petya V4sechkin, как ни странно - установка прошла успешно!

VipNet скачивал с сайта налоговой инспекции для получения сертификата электронной подписи.

Аналогичные проблемы могут быть и у других.

Так теперь vipnet нельзя новый устанавливать?

Мне в реестре нужно что то удалять? например раздел HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer

Затем попытайтесь установить Office и дождитесь ошибки.

Далее нажмите Win+R -> введите %Temp% -> отсортируйте по дате/времени и выложите свежие файлы типа MSI*.log, соответствующие установке.
