SSD - Периодические зависания и торможения SSD Smartbuy Jolt 240 gb

Периодически зависает или начинает сильно тормозить SSD Smartbuy Jolt 240 gb. Диск новый. CrystalDiskInfo показывает 100% здоровье. Данные торможения наблюдались и при попытке использования данного диска под системы (Windows 10 и Linux Mint 19.1) и при попытке его использования для хранения файлов. После форматирования на некоторое время (30 минут - 1 час) начинает работать хорошо, потом уходит в торможение, из-за которого компьютер включается минут за 10, а на то, чтобы открыть диск для форматирования может уйти также минут 5. Пробовал создавать разделы из под Gparted и в GPT и в msdos, картина сохраняется. Просьба подсказать возможные пути решения проблемы.

Покажите смарт накопителя, укажите модель матплаты и процессора
