Никак не хотят ставиться "Internet Exploerer 8" (тупо думает и не ставит) и "Internet Explorer 9" (начинает устанавливаться и прерывается с ошибкой, ссылка на которую создаётся на рабочем столе). Если мне кто-нибудь выложит в архиве папку с "Internet Explorer 9" и я путём замены файлов обновлю, то это будет работать?

Ваша Vista (судя по второму вашему посту) установлена поверх говносборки XP, значит, то задавайте вопросы автору того "чуда".
