Настройка учетной записи ms exchange без outlook

Ситуация: есть некое п.о., использующее учетную запись. Как известно, учетки настраиваются в объекте "Почта" Панели управления. Но для того, что бы этот объект появился, необходимо запустить Outlook (ну и, собственно, при первом запуске эта учетка может быть настронена). Возможно ли настроить учетную запись без установки Outlook на клиенте?
