Установка - [решено] Ошибка при установке любого установщика .msi

При попытке установки или удаления приложения через Microsoft Software Installation выдает ошибку при начале работы. Ошибка всегда одна и та же, в любом установщике, в данном случае пытаюсь установить Парадокс Лаунчер. Прикладываю лог установки и фото ошибки.

по данному посту применил все твики и сделал все проверки, не помогло. SFC scannow не нашел поврежденных файлов.

NickM, действительно, не работали восстановления системы. Оказалось, что вирус потёр одну из служб для теневого копирования, восстановил ее, и все заработало. Спасибо
